Lead Pastors

Sam and Angie Mascareno
Pastor Sam has been involved in ministry for 15 years and served in many leadership positions. His passionate love for God and desire to help people is demonstrated week after week during our services. His inspired worship and energetic sermons have brought hundreds of people into a new walk with God and a fulfilling life of purpose.

In addition to being the Lead pastor at Lighthouse, Sam is also a licensed CPA in the state of California, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University where he graduated with Honors. He currently works as a Tax Partner with a leading international professional services firm. It is this balance between his spiritual and secular life experiences that provides him with a special ability to teach and preach in a way that is relevant, passionate and practical to our every day life.

 

 

Angie is a gifted leader and teacher as well. Over the years, she has been involved in various areas of Ministry at Lighthouse, including leading our annual Women’s Conference and serving as the Ministry Coordinator for several years. Currently, she is the Director of our thriving Happy Harbor ministry, which caters to the needs of our children ages newborn to kindergarten. Happy Harbor provides a wonderful and safe environment where our kids can learn about God in a fun and exciting setting. Angie has an Associate Degree in English and has extensive experience dealing with children and teens in learning environments.
